      • Evaluate the internal hiring processes, check and identify if any education or employment documents submitted are fake or dubious candidates are hired from doubtful companies.• To check if any deviations have been taken while hiring the candidate.• Audit the candidate dossiers for discrepancies, misrepresentation and identifying absence of necessary approvals, document insufficiencies or any deviation from the standard procedure. • Highlight the deviations that are identified during the audit are then sent to the recruitment team for clarification on the deviations for reconciliation.• Collaborate with other stakeholders involved in the candidate joining and on boarding process, in order to create awareness of the mandatory procedures and to ensure that these procedures are observed by all.• Conduct trainings for recruiters over phone on the policy and procedures to be observed in the recruitment cycle and also provides regular advisories and guidelines to assist recruiters to assist in quality hiring.• Preparing the recruiter reports(DPOs) related to performance measures and cascading to tower lead on quarterly basis.
