  Leading a tower of AP Retail globally across for AP functions ($183BN) of retail and accountable for the Global Retail AP P&L ($18MM) for the delivery of the respective SC. Grew the team by consolidated common functions across other Retail teams and building a future retail AP structure which is end to end and unlock entitlements of 5% annually. Serve as a key business finance partner working in a matrix organization with business leaders and cross-functional teams, presenting results of ad hoc business and statistical analysis and recommendations to senior management for optimal decision making. Strategically worked with Business in developing a customer centric approach towards developing “Account Management” model which reduced friction for top vendors which contributed to 20% of global AP growth. This helped us reduce “Initial shortages” for the vendor by ~180MM units which was 4% of the overall receipt growth. Lead the Prepayment within company for $3BN Built an in-house robotics team which caters to AP and AR which had delivered 11 Bots in 2023 and a further 90 in 2024.
