  I was the Finance Business Partner who supported the Continued Airworthiness team, the Fleet Management team and Finance management.Working with key stakeholders to deliver robust annual budgets, monthly/half yearly forecasting and input to the 5 year business plan. This involved complex and technical Aircraft maintenance accounting, calculating lease payments and maintenance rent projections.Challenging current thinking and making recommendations on how to optimise business opportunities and minimise risk/cost to the business.Supporting key stakeholders building business cases when required to gain approval for CapEx spend, additional spend above budget and any cost saving opportunities identified.Providing monthly analysis on budget holder spends and projecting costs going forwards.
