  • Management of projects that are needing great transformation or are particularly complex. These have been primarily transport decarbonisation projects. I have most recently been managing the review of the Clevedon Seafront project, which has received continuous national media coverage, working with the leader, executive member and senior leadership team as it has been a highly contentious project, managing contractor AECOM and being the main point of contact for the review.• I'm currently managing the development, consultation and adoption of a new Parking Strategy and Parking Fees Proposal. • I now lead on all engagement and consultation work across the Sustainable Travel & Road Safety team and advise across the Highways & Transport service.• Planning all marketing & communications, governance, reporting, data analysis and project documentation.• I look after the Programme Management Office for my directorate (‘Place’), which means I support, coach and mentor new staff and project managers who would like help managing and setting up their projects most effectively.
