      Subsection Manager of an Engine Systems team responsible for the assembly and test of Production, CIP, and NPI programs for the F404/F414 engine family. Responsible for technical and program requirements and establishing overall team goals, metrics, capturing lessons learned, and developing robust processes and practices for T901 PT Module. Provide technical guidance, define and execute on team strategy, and monitor and communicate overall project status, issues, and developments with program leadership. Representative for the PT Module at manufacturing, assembly, test, and engine level reviews. Technical team lead for new product design on LM2500+G5 turbine. Responsible for tubine airfoil design, delivery, and stand up of production supply chain. Focal for MRB, field root cause investigations, and upgrade program requests for module. Managed hardware delivery, instrumentation, and project scoping for engine testing. Provided mentorship for team on hardware design, program execution, and manufacturing practices. Design owner for HPT turbine blades. Coordinated technical design efforts across multi-disciplinary organization. Provided HPT Airfoils Mentoring to the design team on execution of LM2500 programs. Performed stress and life analysis, identifying design solutions and technical risks. Design owner for turbine airfoils across multiple engines including turboshaft and turbojet platforms. Led component design team through design, engine testing, and certification efforts on several engine platforms.
