As Fleet Personnel i am Incharge of crewing in hiring new crew members, finding suitable Crew on time and finalizing him to board the Vessel at the Next Port of Call as per client instruction. • Taking Interview with the Crew Top to Bottom and by Video conference and also direct meeting. • Arranging for all necessary training for the Crew as required by the client and other interested parties and ensure that crew joining ships have completed all the required training before they embark to the vessel. • Assisting Crewing Payroll staff for proper monitoring of crew salary through informing them for the new sign on and sign off schedule. • Advise crew of upcoming schedules for joining vessel, scheduled flight and ground transportation. Inform joining the crew, Captain of vessel, charterer, customer and all responsible for the ground transportation. • Requesting on time for the Sign On / Sign Off seaman Visa and follow up with Agency department for the Visa issuance and also the Joining at the Immigration. • Deal with joining/departing date conflicts among crew members for the fleet. • Handled the follow thru on terminations, resignation and retirements with vessel personnel crewing, operation and human resources. • Preparing the CV of officers crew accordingly required by Charterer • Preparing necessary documents to fly from india. • Preparing all necessary documentation for various oilfield projects like Aramco /Adma/Zadco/DNO/Qatar Gas etc. • Handled entering all new crew member data and documentation in system. • Monitoring all the time Official emails and responding them on time. • Maintain/Manage crew documents for the cross charter vessel, coordinates with the vessel owners, charterer and operation; submit/prepare crew document and apply for the visa as required accordingly.
