      During my tenure at Aseman Airlines from November 2003 to September 2014, I gained extensive experience and expertise working with a variety of aircraft and systems. From September 2008 to September 2014, I served as the TAY 650-15 Engine Supervisor-Expert, responsible for overseeing engine shop work and leading a team of technicians in Tehran and Mashhad. In this role, I gained over four years of experience working with TAY 650-15 engines and became an expert in removal, installation, disassembling, and assembling ENG accessories, attachments, bear ENG, power plant, T/R, intake, and cowlings. I also performed detailed inspections for on-wing or build-up engines and troubleshooted and rectified in-base and line situations, returning them to service.From March 2013 to September 2014, I was an expert and responsible for the power plant at the overhaul base in Mashhad. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while overseeing engine overhauls and repairs.In addition to my engine expertise, I also gained experience in line and base maintenance for ATR 72 and Dornier fleets. From March 2006 to September 2008, I worked on the ATR 72 (-200 and -500) fleet, where I performed A and B checks, preflight and daily and transit checks, troubleshooting, inspection, and all other line works, including servicing, towing, mooring, and jacking up. I also conducted engine removal and installation, propeller change, engine run, engine compressor wash, and storing, and contributed to troubleshooting and fuel nozzle change.During the same period, I also worked on the Dornier fleet, where I conducted 2, 4, and 6-month checks, as well as 1 and 2-year checks. I performed all line works, including servicing, towing, mooring, storing, and jacking up, and conducted engine removal and installation, propeller change, engine run, engine compressor wash, fuel nozzle pattern check, and flight mechanic duties.
