I was responsible for drafting sales strategies/marketing plan for all the key accounts and deliver the annual OB and Revenue targets.Consultant: As a consultant my experience largely is spread around business/strategy consulting. I have done projects under domains like Business Case Development, Go to Market, Service Portfolio Design, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Risk Analysis, Process Assurance and Enterprise Mobility .       Helmed as one of the most key projects in the Open-RAN space, I am helping build Europe's first large scale Open-RAN based network for 1und1 in Germany. My responsibility as a process development lead is to ensure we are equipping teams with the desired processes to ensure they are not only scalable but also achieving operational efficiencies. This experience has been an amazing learning experience as it has exposed me to the diverse ends of domains within a telecom industry. One day, I am dabbling in procurement and finance related processes, and the next, I am working on network rollout and operations related processes, making this experience largely rewarding and liberating.
