  Responsible for overseeing 15-20 employees who preformed services critical to the facilities daily operation. Daily operations included allocating certain resources to respective camp groups, ensuring employee productivity and professional demeanor, and aiding in overcoming unforeseen problems crucial to campus operations. Responsible for all photographic operations on campus of approximately 2,500 campers between the ages of three to thirteen. Weekly operations included capturing and publishing at least one photo of every student from every group in various activities throughout their camp session.
