  I.M. Skaugen (OSE: IMSK) or IMS was a shipping company that operated within petrochemical gases and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and lightering of crude oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG). IMS was horizontal integrated and designed, built, owned and operated its fleet of vessels. The company also owned Norgas and Skaugen PetroTrans.During my time in Skaugen we helped re-finance and issue two new corporate bonds, IMSK12 and IMSK13 of 350MNOK each, with support and capital raise from SwedBank, SEB and Nordea. Other projects included sales of vessels to TeeKay, building a competitor strategy, preparing annual reporting and investor relations strategy, and supporting EMT day-to-day as part of the Finance team. I also had numerous internal responsibilites as a Senior Manager - Business development lead, Team lead, Coach, Sales manager, Event lead, Community lead. Some of the major projects I was part of or leading: - Helped Nokia global EA establish Archictecture north star, supporting them on the journey to form common north star architecture with the object of consolidating the applications landscape, provide structured domains and guardrails to help manage legacy and technical debt.- Lead training design and delivery in Aker BP and Equinor on Lean, process improvement, cost cutting, value stream mapping and business improvements. - Helped setting up IT post merger integration program with focus on SAP scope and Business applications for Yara International ASA after 500M dollar acquisition in Latin America. Work included setting up and delivering training, change management and process consolidation with business domains.- Lead deliver IT due diligence and sell-side report, describing the IT landscape end-to-end for Norsk Hydro Rolled Products BU and communicating it to the buyers to create transparency, value and trust for the buyer, and help Hydro to improve deal value from IT. - Lead deliver operating model design for Electrolux Global IT and the Enterprise Architecture office, on behalf of the CIO.
