An extremely intricate and complex project involving track removal, civil works, new track installation, signal upgrades and commissioning, all within a fully operational Union Station serving more than 300,000 commuters daily.- Controlled the construction contract between Metrolinx and the Prime Contractor, assessing and issuing all contract amendments and payments.- Negotiated and resolved all contractual disputes.- Enforced project construction schedule ensuring adherence to project and program milestones for the 2015 Pan Am Games. - Performed site inspections and ensured quality control of construction works. - Continuously managed UP Express program coordination issues and assessed impacts to overall project completion.
