      • Supervision of two number Recovery Boilers one Wall spray type and another of suspension firing type.• Supervision of Multiple effect Evaporators two numbers with forced circulation unit for concentrating Weak Black liquor up to 60% dry solids.• Supervision of Continuous Causticizing section.• Making shift reports and managing plant production with approx. 50 workmen.

      • Joined as Senior Supervisor in Chemical Recovery at project stage of erection & Commissioning.• Commissioned Recovery Boiler 250 TPD capacity (BHEL) and 75 TPD (CI-Foods) in 1985 & 1984.• Commissioned Recovery Boiler 350 TPD capacity (ABL) in 1995.• Commissioned Multiple Effect Evaporators (two nos.) in 1984• Commissioned 4F type seven effect Evaporator of 133T/Hr evaporation capacity in 1995.• Commissioned two numbers Rotary lime kilns of 65TPD and 120 TPD capacity each in 1984 and in 1995 respectively.• Commissioned two number Causticizing in 1984.• Grew continuously from Shift In-charge role to Senior Manager, working and managing each role diligently.• At present Working as Sr. Manager.• New Recovery Boiler 1200 TPD, 4F type Tubular falling film type 240 TPH Evaporator, 180 TPD Rotary lime kiln and Causticizing of 3700 M3/day erected and commissioned in 2011.
