  1.Deputy Project Manager - Project Management Services for Madinaty Project, which includes;• Open Air Mall (OAM) stretches over an area of 700,000 m2 with 21 Contracts and total forecast 2,200 million EGP. It comprises Commercial Malls, Food Court, Entertainment Center, and utilities including parks, landscape areas, Trolley line/stations, kiosks, and security gates.• Villas district 05 is a prestigious 965 residential villas located on a land area of 530,000 m2 with 14 Contracts and total forecast 1,890 million EGP.• Craft area is located at the southeast side of Madinaty, It’s on a land area of 240,000 m2 with total forecast 2,800 million EGP. It comprises 10 craft buildings, a commercial mall, and service area.• Sports Club is on a land area of 385,000 m2 with 19 Contracts and total forecast 855 million EGP. It comprises Olympic swimming pool, Club House building, and tennis court/yard.Job responsibilities• Ensure the availability of the necessary contract documents, drawings, specifications, method statements and procedures to the project team.• Administration and attend various meetings such as project progress meetings, commercial, quality and safety circles starting from Meeting Agenda, invitation, MOM, and follow up.• Administration of Project’s Supervision Consultant to ensure fulfilling all his duties regarding review, approval of shop drawings, other technical submittals, and site inspections.• Supervise the construction daily activities, coordinating with Contractor and Supervision Consultant site teams to resolve onsite conflicts and advise with the corrective actions, producing progress periodical reports, and conduct periodic briefing to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.• Monitor site resources and ensuring adequate staffing, Manpower, and equipment to complete the project on time عرض أقل Senior Structural Engineer - Project Management & Contracts DepartmentJob Responsibilities Coordination multi-disciplines (Structure, Architecture, MEP) between design / supervision teams and review the structural drawings, reports and specifications to ensure the design consultant incorporate all building standards, codes, and regulations to ensure accurate structural works on sites by monitoring design / supervision consultants.• NEW CAPITAL-GOVERNMENTAL DISTRICT• KING ABDULAZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (KSA) عرض أقل
