  The Atlanta Hawks KIA 6th Man Section is a group of loud, energetic, avid Hawks fans. The section is required to stand, chant, yell, wear Hawks gear, and provide constant energy throughout the 82-seat section and throughout the entire games. My duties as a section leader include:- Leading, managing, organizing, and handling all administrative duties pertaining to the 125-member section, including filling 82 seats for every home game- Managing a priority list to determine which members get tickets to high-volume games- Recruiting for avid fans, leading tryouts, and marketing the section to potential members- Working in a team-oriented setting to keep members energized and organized throughout every game- Ensuring order, organization, and constant energy while providing the best home-court advantage in the NBA Show less
