  * In this project I completed overall 2 NLD routes of 50km each.   * In this project I successfully handovered overall 500km fiber construction and optical work and approx 40 Last mile sites to O&M. * Responsible for execution of civil and optical work on NLD and last mile connectivity like (Enterprises, IDSC, ODSC, ENodeB, AG1, ILA, Wi-Fi, ODC, OLT, Splitters Etc.)* Vendor management and vendor allocation on my scope sites and ensure for compliting work in given time span. *Responsible for civil, electrical and optical work on tower installation and shelter setup sites like AG1, ILA, ENODE B. * Responsible for declaration of RFE 2 sites for last mile connectivity sites. * Responsible for tapping of LM sites with other operator fiber and liaising with other operator officials like Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone. * Responsible for closing of NCR and punch point giving by O&M team of whole route if any there. * Responsible for work should be done as per quality specification given by company. * Responsible for NLD, last mile route survey and prepare SLDs, Google map diagram, release the site from planning as per SLD. * Taking daily work progress report from all vendors and guide them for next process. * Give technical support to splicer and vendor engineers and supervisors. * Responsible for end to end termination of Link and minimum link Loss budget calculation, OTDR trace and LSPM reports. * Responsible for verifying and approving ITP's uploaded by vendor engineers in JIO portal. * Responsible for HOTO of link to O&M team.
