      my current profile consists of an inchargeship for clinical genetics, stem cell technology, and bioinformatics (clinical informatics). my research group is working on systemic infections and clinical microbiology, currently focusing on three systemic infections (human mastitis, respiratory sepsis, and leptospirosis); the following disorders are polymicrobial infections. the prime task of my research group is to understand polymicrobial synergy and its associations with virulence.
