    • Econosto UK Limited

      Jun 1996 - Dec 2012

The Group divested its Gasket Manufacturing Operation and following a transitional period was asked to take over as Managing Director in the Spring of 2003. The Period from then until early 2005 saw difficult trading conditions. With a better economic climate from 2005 to 2008 we have managed to build a very strong sales team which is seeing the company head toward our first target of £20M turnover. In 2008 the Econosto Group was taken over by the ERIKS Group (www.eriks.com), this has seen the company gain a whole new market within the UK which is again assisting in moving us ever closer to £20M.Whilst maintaining a focus on growing our core activities and developing the business my role is also focused toward integrating our products and services into the ERIKS UK organisation and assisting them to develop strong Valve sales within their MRO contracts and customers.
