  Took part in and co-led activities for an outreach program run by the University of Bristol to encourage economically disadvantaged students from local schools to apply to the university. Amongst others in this role: -Created a video presentation to accompany a Zoom call organised by the University of Bristol with A-Level students from the Bristol area concerning the benefits of a languages’ degree at the university. Worked with the Best of Bristol Lectures team to plan the timeline and logistics of the Bristol lecture series which was available to both the public and students at the University of Bristol. In this role: -Liaised with one of the speakers to communicate the needs of the team and to help set out the conditions for the content of the lecture. -Helped in designing the logo and slogan of the Lecture series.

In this role: -Effectively dealt with customer enquiries about their stay at the Résidence and communicated with them on a range of in-house services provided by the company. -Helped prepare the arrival of established clients and colleagues from London to Moliets. -Handled client reservations using the Resalys software. -Proactively supported my French colleagues using my German language to liaise with German clients ensuring the client experience remained at a high standard. -Responsible for dealing with client outstanding payments as well as ensuring the company’s weekly and monthly cash flow using the Resalys system. -In charge of answering all e-mail communications with clients in French, German and English. -Proactively contacted customers for reviews of their stay to improve the Résidence’s reputation on online travel platforms such as Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Google Reviews.
