  Sean coached football in 10 states across the east coast of the USA. This program aimed to develop the young population's technical ability and knowledge of the game. The role involved organising summer camps throughout the summer and training five separate teams during the fall season working with an amalgam of age groups. This developed many skills including time management, public speaking and motivating others.

  This role has given Sean the opportunity to work for a main contractor specialising in facilities management. The main duties included settling final accounts, liaising with clients and subcontractors and authorising invoices and purchase orders. Managing projects from concept to completion gave Sean a great level of responsibility and helped enhance key skills such as project management, problem solving and communication.

During this period, project specific roles included Data Architect, Product Manager and Engagement Manager. As an SA, Sean worked on various projects involving different clients and sectors. This role involved delivering high value solutions from strategy to execution, solving clients complex business problems through technology enablement. Sean has had many different roles within this grade ranging from BI developer to Product owner roles. He specialised in transforming clients KPI reporting process with the aid of BI tools such as Qlikview, Tableau and Power BI.
