I am in charge of negotiating wages per hour and ensuring basics are met (transportation, food and uniforms)I also handle the bookkeeping aspects of the organization by compiling all receipts and invoices for the company's expenses, ensuring that all financial records are up to date and accurate.Finally, I am responsible for wages and benefit allocation, ensuring that all employees are paid fairly and on time. This includes the setting of wages and writing up benefits per job.In summary, my job entails strategic planning, sourcing and recruiting dedicated cleaners, managing financial records, and overseeing payroll.
