  I use the five principles of 5S at Catarpilar. I Sort, Set, Shine ,Standardize ,and Sustain in my section as well as assemble hydraulic filters, fuel filters, dep lines, and accumulators for beta and beta plus skid steers by using a Catarpilar Standard of work. I use various tools to include torque wrench, power drills, pliers, calipers. I contribute to our team effort while keeping our section clean.

  I followed the lab manual SOP for venipuncture and collected, labeled, and delivered samples of blood to the laboratory. I processed chain of custody paperwork for drug testing. I was the only Phlebotomist for a 237-bed hospital on duty and completed all sample collection and delivery to lab accurately. I maintained cleanliness and sanitation of the Phlebotomy desk and patient area in the Laboratory. Actively saw to the stocking of supplies in the phlebotomy area of the laboratory as well as recorded temperatures for regulatory paperwork. Show less
