      Our office in Iredell County, NC focused on increasing conservative awareness of issues and voter turnout for the 2012 election. We saw great success as 100% of elected candidates in Iredell County were conservatives endorsed by NC Victory. Conservative voter turnout saw a large increase in 2012 from 2008!As a Volunteer Coordinator, I recruited and trained volunteers to do phone calls and knock doors, encouraging our neighbors to vote. I maintained the volunteer database, ensuring that contact information was up to date, and scheduling shifts. I also worked as an office greeter, meeting with people in the community, answering questions about the candidates and voter registration process, and handing out important campaign materials.I also worked alongside my volunteers and fellow interns by personally making phone calls and knocking on doors.
