  ISIE Formula Imperial 2019Formula Imperial is student formula-style vehicle design & manufacturing event. The objective of the challenge is to design & fabricate a hybrid vehicle under event design restrictions so as to give the students a chance to demonstrate & prove their creativity & their engineering skills.Served as Senior Powertrain engg. in 2019 & designed Cooling system for Hybrid Formula car compliant to rules. Calc. for cooling surface for optimum operating temp. was done in 3D modelling in PTC Creo & simulation for flow was done in ANSYS after which, testing was done. Managing & directly contributing to development of exhaust muffler & Electronic tuning of engine using PE3 & design of Engine mounts. Resulting powertrain returned practical efficiency of 24.9kmpL & secured Best Hybrid, Best Design, Best B-Plan & Cost Report & Runner up in Endurance with overall 2nd position in Hybrid category.FSAE Formula Hybrid 2017, 2018, 2020The Formula Hybrid Competition is an interdisciplinary design and engineering challenge for UG & graduate university students. They must collaboratively design and build a formula-style hybrid or electric-only racecar & compete in a series of events.Served as Powertrain Recruit in 2017 & designed Cooling system for Formula Car that included testing, designing, 3D modelling, Simulation, Manufacturing & Testing. Also was the only 1st Year UG student whose designed part was installed in the vehicle for competition. Manufacture of Chassis and assembling of formula car was a collaborative work. Served as Powertrain Engineer in 2018 and designed cooling system, with contribution in design of engine mounts, custom exhaust, custom intake and installing a standalone ECU. managing recruitment process was also done.Served as Chief Powertrain Engineer in 2020 and installed and run the Engine in closed loop using Lambda sensor from PE3 along with previous works.   Mr Amrit Aninit completed a summer Internship of 1 month in the Cab & Cowl Department at TATA Motors Manufacturing Plant in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.This internship focussed on the Time Study of the manufacturing line using the MOST - Maynard Operation Sequence Technique. Recording every movement of assembly workers and evaluating time required to execute that process. This process was used to study time taken at each station and identifying bottleneck in assembly line which can then be eliminated to streamline the assembly process and increase output capacity.   Mr Amrit Aninit completed a 3-month Internship at Extramarks as an Insider Sales Intern during the lockdown of 2020. This was a work from home internship.This internship focussed on sales of Extramarks Education Packages to students between class 4 and 12 and Engineer (JEE) and Medical (NEET) Aspirants. Verbal communication through the phone was crucial for contacting students, regular follow-ups and closing the deal. (1) PMYuva - TotalStart being the Implementation partner organized Entrepreneurship development Training in 30+ ITI and other institutes and 10 Entrepreneurship development Boot Camps.Out of which, Mr Amrit Aninit organized 3 Bootcamp, one in Kalimpong for Floriculturists, one in Dwariyapur for Dokra Artisans and one in Metiabruz for nano-entrepreneurs practising Tailoring and Stitching, helping them set up a Producer Company to gain more opportunities and build a larger customer base.(2) MushroomAg Private Limited - MushroomAg Private Limited is a for-profit organisation founded and run by Visually Challenged and Physically Disabled Youth of West Bengal to provide dignified and gainful engagement to the Under-privileged.Mr Amrit Aninit was actively engaged with the founding members to raise funds, conduct Board Meetings, scaleup and organize marketing and sales, set up a processing unit for mushroom-based food products in Sheoraphuli and procurement of machinery, marketing and sales requirements. This will turn into a Producers Company and fulfil garment demand from Government and Private institutionsOrganized 1-day workshop on entrepreneurship development in Mankar and Metiabruz for the nano-entrepreneurs practising cutting, tailoring and stitching of garments. This was an interactive session to build trust and get to know their problems and discuss solutions.Post the Bootcamp, the Leadership team was recognised and document collection for the formation of FPC was initiated with regular meetings to keep beneficiaries updated.(4) TribalAg Limited - The first and the largest Agri-Entterprise run and founded by 1000+ Tribal Farmers and Micro Agripreneurs of Jharkhand providing organic vegetables and fruits, processed organic agri-products and organic forest produce.Mr Amrit Aninit worked on precursors to set up a processing unit for Tomato Ketchup and Tamarind, i.e. formulating DPR and Project task flow. Also, he was engaged in mobilising local farmers, organize board meetings, raise funds and few other administrative works. All this effort combined with the TribalAg Limited team's effort resulted in an increase in TribalAg Limited's production by 200%.(5) Dokra Arts - Dokra Arts is an organization founded and run by Dokra Artisans of Vardhman and Bankura, West Bengal producing Dokra Artifacts with the traditional technique of Vanishing Wax Method.A 2-day meeting was organized at Dwariyapur, Purba Vardhman by Mr Amrit Aninit to understand the situation and challenges faced by Artisans.
