  To oversee a Government funded gambling treatment centre including hotline and treatment service, outreach counselling service and psycho-education; To supervise psychologists, counsellors and social workers; To manage and control the funding sources and finance . In between, to work with the Government and Hong Kong Jockey Club, improving responsible gambling means and policies. Organized and developed a new Government funded gamble disorder intervention project, overviewed a team of 4 offering outreach assessments and treatment to gamblers in F&B industry. Besides, connected with the high managements of those F&B organizations initiating "Gamble free workplace" and conducted psycho-education as an earliest psycho-intervention of gamble problem. Worked as psychological counsellor in an Government funded NGO, offering assessments and treatment to gamblers and their family suffered from problem of gambling disorder.
