May 2010 - Dec 2011After working heavily in the Client Services side of the business, I was promoted to the role of Social Media and Content Manager. This role was intended to support the Client Services team, alongside the Creative and Design departments, specifically to plan social campaigns with a focus on what platforms were best for various campaigns and how social could best be leveraged to ensure the success of a campaign, both paid and organic - ultimately ensuring that social could match client KPIs.This role remained heavily client-facing, with many training sessions and meetings to ensure that clients were trained where necessary and that their needs were fully understood in terms of what social could offer them for both brand awareness and various KPIs as required.I was also in charge of content creation and copywriting, this was specifically in relation to various scripts for client videos (examples of this are the Jedward Album launch and UNICEF campaign), as well as many blog posts, content pieces and social content for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others - filling out the metrics of various promotions and competitions as well as day-to-day community and content management.During my time in this role, I continued working closely with those clients which I was involved with while on the Client Services team as well as many such as Jedward, UNICEF, Sony, Lidl and Sean Gallagher during his presidential bid.
