  Ensure business offices transactions are done in line with laydown rules and guidelines.Prepare reports Know Your Customers (KYC), General Ledger (GL) etc. that shows the compliant status of the business offices with organizational policies and processes.Every day review of control system e.g. Review of dual control to sensitive areas of the business office through the CCTV. Also ensure the maker-checker control system are in place to eliminate errors and fraud. Conduct investigation and prepare reports whenever these guidelines are breached, determining the level of exposure of the breach. Liaise with relevant department to ensure erring staff are disciplined in line with the organizational guidelines.Periodic conduct of business office risk assessment, to determine area of vulnerability and making recommendations to close the loop holes.Making recommendations to management to ensure that existing policies and procedures are amended to inculcate new requirements with regulators, imbibe emerging risk and also to ensure obsolete policies are removed.Frequent conduct of compliant spot check on the business office, so as to ensure level of conformity with organizational policies and procedures.Conducting Training on Fraud and Anti Money Laundering Activity.Respond to enquiries from supervising authorities on issue of compliance in business office of coverage.Review of documentation used for processes, for account opening, loan issuance etc. To ensure that all relevant terms and conditions are stated and accepted by the customers.Conducting internal audit in preparation for certification e.g. internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 certification.Resolving customer complaint and preparing report to determine the business office culpability.
