  In this work, I led the process of gathering information for applications intended to migrate from Windows XP to Windows 7. I also led the work in which a team of 5 employees in india created and maintained new and innovative standards for application management. I was daily in direct interaction with the customer and drove dialogues with senior customer representatives. I often took on the role as responsible for deliveries and for example, coordinated a partnership with a Finnish application project.
