  Accomplishments included acting as Project Manager for the 2014 update of the Comprehensive Plan. The project included working with consultants, attending stakeholder meetings, conducting public open houses, drafting Plan language, and presenting the Plan for adoption. As part of implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, the six Design District Standards and Guidelines were updated by Lina the following year. In 2016, Lina facilitated the creation of the Town Core Zone District, following public input and property owner discussions. In 2016, Lina spearheaded a subcommittee of Council, EDAC, and Staff to discuss various aspects of the Silverthorne Sign Code. The comprehensive revisions to the Town's Sign Code were drafted by Lina and adopted by the Town in March of 2017.
