    • Time Warner Cable

      Jul 2013 - Jul 2015
Incident Management Trainer & Consultant / Knowledge Management Analyst

I work with engineering and network operations groups and teach them how to make internal thought externally visible. During high impact situations internal troubleshooting skills are difficult to communicate, replicate, and teach others. When you troubleshoot in a repeatable, externally visible way, you're a much more efficient problem solver and decision maker. I teach Kepner-Tregoe's 3 Day Problem Solving and Decision Making workshop with Time Warner Cable and telecom specific examples and strategies. I spent the rest of time working in Knowledge Management to ensure work being done right is captured, accessible, and usable when Operations Teams need it the most. Show less
