  Pon IT and the PEPP Application team has been divided into two separate entities, PEPP now falls under the Business part of Pon which also is more intuitively correct.We will from now on work more closely with the business, and easier be able to develop solutions which is more precisely what the business wants and requires to do their works as best as possible. My role is to troubleshoot different issues and RFCs which need developing better and more efficient solutions with more user-friendly integrations cooperating on the Azure cloud platform using applications like: Copilot 365, Teams, SharePoint and integrating Office 365 templates with Content Type configurations. In addition to develop new interfaces and functionalities, I will also support management, departments and specific employees to troubleshoot and find solutions which focus on reducing frustration and make the daily work better for as many employees as possible.
