  Spearheaded a whole-school team-based transformation process called the Leader in Me leading a building of approximately 650 students and 40 staff members. Integrated the 7 Habits of Happy Kids, consisting of 21st century leadership and life skills, into cultural, leadership and academic systems in order to create a professional community of shared leadership as well as student empowerment.
