  I had a year experience in Apollo tyres Ltd., India as an Apprentice trainee in technical department dealing all quality related aspects, where I deal with all Extruder process including die designing for tread and sidewalls with monitoring all critical values, that is helps to deliver products at good quality and minimum cost with less wastage of material Moreover, I assist two research studies in the company: formulation of inner tube for tyre manufacturing and finding relation between viscosity of tread material with its rubber material used. Apollo Tyres ltd is a leading tyre manufacturer in India and an international Tyre manufacturer. I actively participated in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address identified issues promptly.
