  I developed the community clinical neuropsychology service for adults with acquired brain injury/neurological conditions. This included the supervision and management of junior psychologist. I provided clinical input to the regional intermediate neurorehabilitation unit. I also provided consultation and support to other health and social care professionals. I was the health lead for the modernisation of adult disabilities social care services and the acquired brain injury repatriation project.

I worked with patients with very complex needs who were sectioned under the Mental Health Act. The main focus of my work was developing programmes to manage severe challenging behaviour, psychological needs and cognitive difficulties. INSneuro CIC aims to enable organisations and individuals to become more neuropsychologically informed in their approach to supporting people with brain injuries. As a Community Interest Company, we provide low-cost and free services to make neuropsychology more available to organisations who may not be able to access neuropsychology through conventional routes.We provide placements and work experience for Psychology students to enable them to gain experience within the field and support their career progression.
