My primary tasks was to lead the project from scratch, including building renovation and preparing technical installations in the workshop/assembly area. The project also included planning of a LEAN setup of the production/assembly facilities. During and after opening of the service center I was responsible of the complete service department of SEW-EURODRIVE - DK. Including the service site in Greve.
