Spot Award Deloitte Jul 2019 For stepping up as a SPOC for ARDC at Mumbai location and stepping up as the key contributor towards all SSP-WP transfer defects. At the juncture where a key talent had moved out of the project, Hari picked up the responsibility on his shoulders and has been able to fill the void more than adequately.

Spot Award Deloitte Dec 2018 Hari was newly introduced to the SSP-WP transfer track. He picked up the flow quickly and churned out key pending issues. He took lead in resolving pending issues by discussing with leads as well as cross-track folks. He also helped new team members to get on-boarded and productive.

Applause Award Deloitte Jan 2018 Hari was critical in ARDC LA MEDS & LA- IE merge. The merge was not possible without him. He helped the whole team with queries, provided technical support & on top of that worked hard in design as well.
