  My current job role includes the following;- First point of contact covering all aspects of outgoing invoices.- Operating and invoicing from QuickBooks.- Overseeing all jobs carried out smoothly.- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and employees.- Managing all paperwork and drivers PODs to pass onto relevant customers to high standard.- Appealing and investigating all PCNs and drivers speeding tickets.- Supporting and working closely with Customer Services with customer complaints.- Providing customers with on-spot competitive quotations. This can range from a small van to an articulated vehicle going to various destinations in the UK and overseas.- Communicating with customers in the Netherlands, South Africa, France and Belgium.- Managing various warehouses with incoming / outgoing freight.- Allocating drivers jobs suitable for them.- Monitoring driver’s taco cards and FTA reports for any infringements.Since achieving Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme Bronze, my duties within monitoring and maintaining drivers paperwork has expected. I am now responsible for all their paperwork to be up to date by a set dead line and ensuring that the company has regular management meeting for industry updates and any focusing on any particular areas within the company that way need focusing on, ensuring that everything is keep to a high standard meeting the FORS criteria.In addition to this, Eventz Logistics works closely with Coty Inc. planning and managing various perfume/beauty events all over the UK. My job in this department includes the following;- Stock management in our warehouse.- Recording and maintaining level of stock in and outgoing for various events.- Arranging for the exhibitionists to be at the location of the exhibition for the time required.- Liaising with Coty regarding all upcoming events and ensuring everything is prepared in advance.
