I manage the Strategic Interactions Group of Customer Solutions within UPS. Supervise a solution development team geared toward providing backoffice support to customer facing and sales resources in solution implementation, troubleshooting and trainging. We assist customers in the implementation of UPS Core Technologies, provide training on UPS Core Technologies, perform data analysis and trouble shoot customer concerns with UPS Core Technoligies. Manage the development, pricing and presentation of supply chain solutions for global customers in the High Tech sectors. Develop and execute project plans to meet deadlines and coordinate team efforts. Provide thought leadership on meeting customer needs and company goals. Manage daily operations for High Value Shippers. Plan the distribution of package and cargo volume on aircraft to insure proper weight and balance per FAA regulations. Aircraft Planned - PDX, MHT, LCK, SGF-ICT, DSM, FWA-SBN, YWG, and various shorts and smalls. 2004 Achievements - Zero Air Cargo Service Failures, Zero Weight and Balance Discrepancies, Improved QPR from 72.2 in 2002 to 87.7 in 2003. Manage the crews responsible for the safe movement of the aircraft on UPS property. This entails training, scheduling, auditing and disciplining the staff as well as managing performance and safety quality of my department. Achievements - Zero Aircraft Strikes, Zero Accidents or Injuries for one year. Supervise the loading of aircraft and manage the safety and performance of a team of employees. Achievements - Zero Service Failures, Zero Load Delays, Zero Misloads.
