  I am delighted to begin my year as Vice Chair of the Student Sport Senate with Loughborough Sport. Sport Senate is the highest body of sports volunteers within Loughborough Sport including the chairs of all the sporting strands and the Sport EO. Sport Senate is undergoing a huge period of change and I cannot wait to spearhead Senate to great things for Sport and the University! I am overjoyed to become an ambassador for Loughborough Sport! Within the role I will have the opportunity to represent Loughborough and showcase its incredible sports programmes to potential students and the wider public. I am chair of the Social Sport programme for 2020/21Social Sport is an inclusive and diverse programme at Loughborough University where all students are invited to participate, officiate and volunteer. The programme caters to academic departments, societies and groups of friends and is expanding at a rapid rate! I hope to continue expanding the offer and further the good work of the programme

  I am delighted to announce that I have accepted a casual working position as a research assistant in the Snacktivity research study! Working as a research assistant, I'll be helping the team collect patient data and conducting patient visits in the local area! Snacktivity is a groundbreaking, multi-million pound funded study to hopefully improve our knowledge of population-level physical activity interventions and I am excited to be working with some of the best researchers in the field!
