  Through my work at MISL Consultants, I gained valuable experience in data collection, management, and analysis, as well as in fieldwork and research protocols. I participated in various research projects, including the evaluation of the Independent and Electoral Boundary Commission 2017 post-election and fresh presidential election, where I conducted research and analyzed data. I also participated in post-election surveys, providing insights into voter behavior and attitudes towards the electoral process.As part of the MISL team, I contributed to the development of reports and recommendations for election stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improving election processes in Kenya. I also assisted in the development and implementation of research protocols and data collection tools, ensuring the collection of accurate and reliable data.In addition to electoral processes, I was also involved in the evaluation of other projects such as the Elimu Bora School Report Card project for Marsabit and Isiolo county, and the capturing of case studies for various projects evaluated and monitored by MISL. Additionally, I collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for scaling our clean energy initiatives and increasing their impact.Through my work, I have gained expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
