  Woodlands 36MW DC greenfield project (Tranche 1-5)• Oversee Tranche 5 Commissioning process. Produced Cx schedule through in-depth understanding of individual equipment’s test pre-requisites. Chair Cx meeting with vendors, enhance and shorten the commissioning flow in a systematic and collaborative approach. • In charge of Telecom, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch), ROIP (Radio Over IP System), EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System), AV (Audio Visual) trades. Involved in technical document review, site coordination, progress monitoring and testing & commissioning activities • Support client integration team on achieving milestones such as Critical room early handover, Corpnet/active equipment setup and Telecom infrastructure fit out completion. Close coordination with different stake holders from both client and vendors. • Responsible for Tranche 1 & 2 data hall fit out.
