Identified and defined possible risks, developed audit criteria, analyzed and documented processed and collected audit evidence. Conducted interviews with staff being audited to assure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Performed time studies and proposed improvements in order to minimize process cycle time and maximize production throughput. Proposed improvements to workstations using 5S methodology. Developed a simulation model using Simio Software to represent actual process in order to identify process bottlenecks and proposed the best allocation of resources.
