  Apart from being an Assistant Project Manager, I also had the opportunity to be assigned as an Assistant Project Engineer. In this role, my duties include:1. Assist in the creation of the KRI technical condition matrix to be surveyed, including the collection and checking of related data.2. Coordinate with System Engineer team in managing technical requirements, such as preparation of survey report, network diagram, and other technical documents.3. Take over the duties of the Project Engineer when he is absent or has other needs, to maintain the smooth running of the project work.4. Monitor the technical progress of the project and ensure any technical issues that arise are followed up immediately.5. Assist in the preparation of technical documents and project reports so that the information presented is accurate and complete.6. Utilize leadership experience as a former President of BEM to coordinate teams, maintain effective communication, and diplomatically resolve conflicts within the project environment. Show less
