Also includes cleaning, assembling, and analyzing sequence data from libraries through the STACKS pipeline and other packages (e.g. STRUCTURE, BayeScan, VCFtools) via Compute Canada as well as subsequent analyses in R.Also includes time spent working as an assistant/technician with the Currie and Avery Labs, which primarily involved DNA Barcoding of freshwater fish species and animal care for Mangrove Rivulus specimens.
