  Customer Oriented- Work with sales, closing team, and underwriters to give the customer the smoothest transition period we can provide. Being in relocation the customers are dealing with additional stress of moving to a new place and our goal is to make their application something they don't need to worry about.Communications- Coordinated communications with several parties during each loan process. My job is centered around driving this communication and updating all parties.Problem Solving- Everything in mortgage is not black and white and there is always more than one way of doing most tasks.
