  For the first year at RTL Hrvatska d.o.o. I was involved in testing and introduction of a new software solution for day to day business process of the company. After that I was involved in education of users and work with the new application. I managed to learn almost every aspect of the companies work process, their way of thinking and the company policies. I'm satisfied to say that, with the experience of being an advanced user of a new software solution (thus getting to know the other side of the software developer / user "wall"), I've learned a great deal about economy of the television market, marketing in general, television viewers habits and other key factors and skills needed in getting to the point of being a successful television company.
