  Worked within a number of functions in AZ, identifying, solving and implementing solutions to business delivery problems- examples listed below:Streamlined the design-make-test cycle small molecules, reducing cycle times by more than 50%, which resulted in better quality candidate drugs for a research organisation.Helped a team of early phase drug designers optimise the way they validated potential new drug targets, resulting in developing better quality validations in less time.Revolutionised the way a global safety group supported an entire large pharma drug research portfolio, resulting in better collaboration, faster completion of work packages and less time collating and reporting on the portfolio of work.Streamlined the handover process between drug research phases, which meant getting new products to market at least 6 months earlier.Improved the on-boarding process for a large pharma company, resulting in the 1200 staff joining the company per year experiencing a consistently good on-boarding experience.Designed and delivered a 'Time for Science' programme to a large pharma R&D organisation, resulting in innovative ideas to save time and money.Improved the meetings culture for a whole R&D site, resulting in fewer yet more effective meetings, more effective and better decisions being made more easily.Increased the time a department of bioscientists and chemists spent on project work, making significant improvements in engagement and productivity.Designed and delivered lean awareness training to an R&D organisation, resulting in a culture in which staff are more able to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the workplace. Introduced a cultural change programme for an R&D organisation, resulting in greater awareness of the "as is" company culture and what individuals can do to work towards the new company culture.
