  At the age of 15, I opened an English course for teaching 8-12 year old students. As I lived in a countryside, I saw a lot of kids who wanted to improve their English but lacked opportunity or access. I decided to invest my savings in materials and literature and opened English courses in my village. Overall, I taught 10 groups (more than 40 kids) and developed my teaching skills.

  As the Head of the Human Resources (HR) Department in the Enactus team, I was responsible for managing and developing all HR related activities and initiatives. This included recruiting and hiring new team members, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and overseeing employee training and development programs.I worked closely with the rest of the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment and to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork. I also acted as a resource for team members, providing support and guidance on HR related matters. I worked closely with the rest of the team to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that reached and engaged them.My duties included creating marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and social media content, as well as managing budgets and coordinating with external vendors as needed. I also analyzed data and evaluated the success of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to improve results.Enactus INAI received recognition among other teams and our projects gained a substantial amount of exposure. By the time I left the team, the project we worked on had garnered over 600,000 views, demonstrating the success of our marketing efforts.By leveraging my expertise in marketing, I was dedicated to driving growth and creating impact for the Enactus team and its mission.   During the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to become a member of AUCA Debate Community, one of the strongest debate clubs in Central Asia. For over a year, I was a representative for my club at national debate competitions. In September, I was appointed to the position of Equity Policy by my club, where I was responsible for managing external relations with other debating clubs in the Commonwealth of Independent States region. This experience allowed me to gain expertise in promoting fairness, equality, and inclusiveness in debate competitions, which is critical to creating a positive and respectful debate environment.
