  As a Solutions Engineer in the Project Management department, I play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and the project team. 1. Designed and provided technical solutions that align with the project’s objectives for our tenders considering factors like scalability, security, and performance. 2. Worked closely with our Software Engineers at Broadspectrum Digital Payment to develop a project management dashboard that improved the department efficiency by 25%, ensuring an improved project oversight on very large projects. 3. Assisted Broadspectrum Digital Payment with the creation of project-related artifacts which were required by external telecom entities, significantly reducing project lags and dependencies on external parties and ensuring adherence to project timelines. These efforts contributed to closing our USSD and financial projects 50% faster. 4.
