  Lead - Community Program Implementation- I trained, mentored and led my teams into implementing the community program across various chapters in India.- I was responsible for overseeing program implementation in 60 learning centers, with a team of 10 over a 2 year period.- I worked with individual team members playing to their strengths and mentored them into troubleshooting problems with innovative and growth-oriented solutions.Lead - Community Program Expansion & Volunteer Recruitment - Led teams, transitioning from an offline to online workspace during the pandemic, by setting up process, ideating and innovating ways to ensure projects and program implementation while working on team morale and preventing burnouts.- For program expansion, devised innovating methods to influence individuals into starting up community ed-programs online irrespective of their then current city of residence during lockdown.- Worked with the Co-Founder to help U&I start 10 new cities, becoming one of the few organisations which expanded its program during the time. - I led the volunteer recruitment team during the pandemic to transition the recruitment process online while handling the challenges of the absence of conducting offline events and workshops.- I supported and oversaw the team into developing and implementing successful interactive online campaigns for volunteer recruitment which were to be successful against the overall fatigue of online communications.- I led and supported the team in procuring digital devices (laptops,mobile phones, tablets) through a successful nation-wide device donation campaign and oversaw the implementation.- I led and supported a tech scaling project which involved sourcing, purchasing and distributing digital devices, working with CSR partners for all the 100+ learning centers across India. Show less I stepped into the world of experiential education by donning the role of a learning facilitator in the org, which allowed me to learn experiential ed through outdoor programs for the volunteers throughout the year.
