To monitor and work on the various notice/s or show cause notice/s issued by statutory departments i.e. Labour, ESIC, etc and bring to smooth closure without any financial liability. Visa & FRRO Registrations: To support and work with internal Global Mobility Team and External Vendor Brookfield aligned to FRRO related process. To closely work with Internal and External Legal Counsel's in line with Lease Agreements, letters, etc. Coordinate with Internal / External Legal Team for all Employee related queries. Mergers & Acquisitions: Interaction with Labor consultant's for New Registration. Implementation of compliances as per TR standards & facilitate for Audit in such acquisitions. To provide necessary support to new team members and hand holding of Responsibilities.
